Hazlewood Castle, a former monastery and retreat has been thoughtfully and tastefully designed to offer a distinctly different lifestyle experience and has been in the family estate of the Vavasours since Norman times and was mentioned in the Domesday Book in 1086.  Set in 77 acres of delightful parkland and historic landscaped grounds, Hazlewood Castle Hotel offers elegant private rooms, luxury accommodation and award winning dining in an idyllic rural location less than 30 minutes from York and Leeds.  The hotel offers 21 bedrooms of which 9 are situated in the main castle. The hotel also offers 7 meeting rooms which range from 160 in a theatre style setting in The Great hall to 20 in The Victoria Room.

The Royal York Hotel is the place to explore the heritage and charisma of this beautiful city. The hotel is a magnificent old Victorian building that has been totally rejuvenated and restored and now radiates old-world glamour and luxury with modern facilities and comforts.  The hotel has 160 bedrooms and has recently undergone an extensive facelift; the hotel also offers meeting rooms that can cater up to 410 guests for conference and banqueting.

Located in Central Science Laboratory complex, the Lakeside conference centre adjoins the main atrium, with a gallery overlooking the lake and Yorkshire countryside. The Lakeside Conference Centre provides a flexible range of accommodation ideal for tailoring to your requirements from syndicate workshops and smaller technical seminars through to major events.  There are 6 conference rooms which range from the Sand Hutton Suite which can take 250 delegates in a theatre style set up to the Kexby Room which can seat 10 delegates.
