Venue - Winter Gardens
The Winter Gardens provides facilities for your conferences, seminars and other events that meet sustainability criteria with lower environmental impacts and is therefore recommended within the Government Office for the South West's, nationally recognised 'Greener Events' guide. Whatever the nature of your event, however large or small, the Winter Gardens' unique flexibility allows your ideas to be developed, not limited.

Venue - Royal Hotel
The Royal Hotel is a charismatic historic and luxurious appointed hotel centrally located within Weston-Super-Mare; the hotel enjoys both a wonderful sea view and is in close proximity to the promenade, Town Centre, Italian Gardens and the Winter Gardens.
The hotel has 5 meeting rooms, the largest of the 5 offers plenty of natural daylight which boasts fantastic views across the lawns and Weston Bay, the room has a capacity of 200 delegates, The smaller of the conference suites is self-contained with a private entrance via it's own courtyard.
