The Grand Hotel is one of the UK’s most magnificent Victorian hotels. Situated on the seafront at Eastbourne, it dominates the shoreline and enjoys a stunning outlook over the sea and, to the right, the cliffs at Beachy Head.  It’s within easy reach of the M25, and it is an hour’s drive from Gatwick.  There are 17 fully equipped conference and meeting rooms of varying sizes from 10 people in a boardroom layout to 300 people in a theatre style setting.  The conference facilities are second to none. Audio-visual equipment - projectors, screens, video recorders and flip charts - is available so delegates can be assured of efficient presentations. ISDN2 lines, full back projection, simultaneous translation and a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art equipment can be hired.  The Grand Hotel has 152 bedrooms ranging from deluxe bedrooms to the penthouse suite comprising of all the luxuries that you would expect.

Venue - Devonshire Park Centre
The Devonshire Park Centre offers up to 2,500m² of meeting space. This is achieved by linking the Congress Suite, Floral Hall and Devonshire Park Halls to provide a fully integrated area.  This venue has 7 meeting rooms and the maximum capacity is 1700 delegates in the spacious Congress Theatre which includes a large stage with direct access for conference sets.   The nearest train station is approximately 10 minutes away.

Venue - Cumberland Hotel
The Cumberland is one of Eastbourne's Premier Hotels, commanding a wonderful position on the seafront overlooking the famous Flower-Decked Promenade, the Bandstand and the English Channel.  In the Lounges and Wordsworth Restaurant, all of which have breathtaking sea views, you will find an ambiance of classic elegance. Entertainment is enjoyed throughout the year, including regular dancing in our Grand Cumberland Suite.  Open throughout the year, with frequent special offers, the Cumberland has 72 tastefully decorated, centrally heated bedrooms, of which 41 are twin-bedded, 13 double-bedded and 18 single bedded. Most have sea views and some have balconies. All bedrooms include en-suite facilities, colour television, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and coffee / tea making facilities.  The Cumberland Hotel has 4 meeting rooms ranging from 30 delegates in a theatre style setting to 150.
