Jurys Inn Derby is a new £25million hotel to be built on King Street in the centre of Derby. The 200-bedroom hotel, in the shadow of Derby Cathedral, is on the site of the City's former Bridgegate BMW dealership. It will feature a restaurant and bar and will also have a large, underground car park. The hotel is part of a £1billion transformation of Derby city centre planned over the next 15 years. The hotel is scheduled to open July 2009.
Venue - Priest House on the River
Perched on the banks of the River Trent, the original watermills on the site of The Priest House was mentioned in the Domesday Book in 1086. Today, this is a country house with a difference. As you step inside you will find elegant contemporary surroundings designed with minimalist simplicity. The hotel offers 7 meeting rooms with The Riverside Suite being the largest; the room is a long, spacious room with high beamed ceilings and has a magnificent view of the River Trent and the surrounding countryside. The Garden Suite makes a bright and spacious boardroom with high ceilings with three large chandeliers hanging from the beams the room also has its own enclosed patio area.

Donnington Park offers a wide range of conference and exhibition facilities, there are 5 conference suites ranging in capacity form 4 to 650. Complimenting these rooms is the Donnington Exhibition & Conference Centre, which is the largest facility on site with over 4400 sqm and has a capacity of 2500 theatre style
