Venue - Maple House
Maple House opens in Birmingham June 2008. It is Etc Venues first conference and training centre to open outside London. Maple House is the conversion of an existing building. It will have 13 main meeting rooms, the largest seating 116 theatre style, plus 6 syndicate rooms, a restaurant, a café and a private dining room. All meeting rooms have plenty of natural daylight and all are equipped with the latest range of AV technology, data-projectors and all include free wireless internet access.
Maple House is located on Corporation Street overlooking Old Square in city centre Birmingham - a five minute walk from Birmingham New Street Station.
Venue - The Old Library
The Old Library is a unique & truly enchanting venue with a soaring vaulted roof & fine architectural details. The Old Library is a state of the art conference centre, with its 200 sqft of space can accommodate up to 150 people for a banquet or conference & up to 310 delegates for a drinks reception, the boardroom can cater for up to 12 delegates for a smaller more intimate meeting.
Venue - Hyatt Regency Birmingham
Hyatt Regency Birmingham is directly linked to the International Convention Centre, the hotel has 8 meeting rooms, individually designed to cater for every type of event from intimate board meeting and high profile conferences to banquets and private dining.
The Symphony Ballroom provides 225 square metres of versatile, state-of-the-art space. The ballroom is the largest suite that can also be divided into three sections for smaller meetings for up to 30 delegates.

The Hilton Birmingham Metropole is just 10 minutes from Birmingham International Airport and next door to the NEC, the newly refurbished Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel boasts 33 meeting rooms catering for up to 2000 delegates.
