It is set in 6 acres of English country gardens, which are stunning and overlooking a lake. The original house dates back over 500 years and was converted into a hotel by the Newling Ward family in the 1960’s, who are still very much involved in the running and management of this hotel. This hotel has two conference rooms, the Oak Lounge can accommodate for 10 delegates boardroom and the Cedar Suite can cater for 30 delegate’s theatre style and 20 in a boardroom, therefore they are only suitable for small meetings. The beautiful surroundings create a truly calm and tranquil environment.

In the ideal location for events, it has great transportation links, situated close to the A1 and only 6 miles from the M25. It is also just across the road from the Galleria Shopping Centre and is within short distance for visiting the beautiful parkland and historic buildings of Woburn Abbey and St. Albans. With its own conference centre, it features 14 varying flexible conference rooms, suitable for all type of events from small boardroom meetings and large conferences to gala dinners and company award ceremonies. The Comet Suite, the largest meeting space in the hotel, can hold up to 120 delegates in theatre style and there are another 2 rooms which can cater for 100 delegates. Bush Hall – Dating back to 1574, this magnificent estate forms part of what used to be the Royal hunting grounds for Henry VIII and the Tudors. To this day the legacy of these ancient English pursuits still exist along with the walls of this house which are still at the very heart of this building.
