Crewe Hall started life as a modestly sized Jacobean house in 1636. The Hall itself is a grade I listed building featuring richly designed ceilings, exquisite marble fireplaces, ornate carved wood and stained glass decoration. For meetings one of the loveliest rooms with a theatre style capacity of 85 and dining for 50 is the Great Library. It has a huge collection of books, ornate pendant ceiling and a frieze containing stained glass panels of Charles I, Elizabeth I and James I. Crewe Hall is has to offer in contrast to the exquisite traditional meeting rooms with the opening of the new 'Crewe Hall Events Centre'. With the largest room capable of seating 364 people theatre style.
