Concept Conferences can ease the frustration which is associated with delegate registration, we can tailor make on line booking and registration forms that fall in line with your company and event branding. The booking form can be as simple or as complex as you require.
Links can be created within the online literature which could link to other programmes, websites, location maps etc.
A selection of accommodation preferences accommodating all budgets is always an option together with secure payment option (if required) and specialist  requirements.

Communication Campaign

Concept Conferences offers a complete communication campaign for your event, by using your existing data or specific databases we can carry out all mailings, handle the response management by monitoring and confirming delegates and then compiling all data into one database, we will offer a dedicated phone line and bespoke email address for your specific event.

Event Branding/Badge Design

We at Concept Conferences work with our third party design personnel for all our design requirements. An individual bespoke style can be created which will fall in line with your event objectives or a style to fit in with your company branding. The same design can be carried out through to the flyers, registration forms, menus, banners delegates packs and badges.
We can organise quality badges from laminated clip badges to bar coded security badges.
